               RETURN POLICY
Our hope is that you will love our product, and we can provide you with the best service possible.  However, if you wish to return it for a full refund, it must be within 14 days of receipt. The Harp Mic must be in the same condition as it was at the time it was sent from Front and Center Mics.  Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Production time for each harp mic varies in accordance with the volume of orders at the time your order is placed. We want to give you the best harp mic possible. To ensure quality craftsmanship, the same amount of time is spent with each mic. Once your order is placed, we will e-mail a projected shipping date. Typically, shipping dates fall between 4 to 6 weeks after payment is received.
